"Spray Nine®'s Low Emulsifying Wash Combines Heavy-Duty
Cleaning and Degreasing With Improved Oil / Water Separation For
Efficient Remediation"
Spray Nine Canada Ltd. offers industrial strength
performance essential for heavy-duty cleaning and degreasing tasks
coupled with effective, convenient remediation in
Low Emulsifying Wash.
Utilizing cutting edge cleaning technology,
Low Emulsifying Wash
is a powerful, concentrated, biodegradable formula ideal for
cleaning and degreasing heavy equipment, vehicles, and material
handling equipment.
Designed for easy remediation,
Low Emulsifying Wash is ideal for
pollution abatement systems such as oil / water separators.
Specially chosen surfactants trap grease but demonstrate a low
affinity to water, facilitating fast breaking emulsion.
Waste quickly rises to the top of the tank for cleaner water and a
skim that reclaims more grease from the effluent. Multiple
dilution ratios, from 3:1 for heavy soil loads to 50:1 for light
duty cleaning, retain degreasing efficacy while saving time, labor
and money.

Spray Nine Cleaner Reduces Environmental Impact
Wednesday, November 1, 2006
Spray Nine's AV-8 is a Type IV cleaner designed to clean aircraft
alloys with less environmental impact than Type I cleaners. Spray
Nine says AV-8 contains no ozone depleting substances, hazardous
air pollutants, carcinogens, ketones, or volatile organic
compounds. Low emulsifying properties promote cleaner waste water
and easier recycling/reclamation. AV-8 conforms to U.S. Air Force
technical orders, meets commercial specs, and recently gained
status as a qualified product under Mil Spec: MIL-PRF-87937 Type
IV. Spray Nine Corporation, 800-477-7299, ext. 120,

"Spray Nine Canada Ltd. Announces NEW Patent-Pending Aircraft
Cleaner"
AV-8 Cleaning Solution Conforms To Numerous Commercial
Specifications
Spray Nine Canada Ltd. announced today its new aircraft cleaner
designed to help offset the substantial cost of aircraft
maintenance, repair and overhaul. As Director of Strategic
Development, Elizabeth Bridge, explains,
"Spray Nine's AV-8 aircraft soap was designed specifically for
sensitive aircraft metals, both painted and unpainted. Scientific
tests prove it provides fast, powerful cleaning with minimal
effect on surface integrity. In addition to extending the life of
costly paint applications, AV-8 requires no dwell time and cleans
with less scrubbing, translating to substantial labor savings."
AV-8 is ideal for: aircraft, aerospace ground equipment (AGE), AGE
engines, acrylic plastics, polycarbonate plastics and polyamide
insulated wiring.
AV-8 is proven to remove: heavy grease, lube oil, hydraulic fluid,
fuel, exhaust deposits, gun gas, scuff marks, light preservatives,
carbon-based soils.
According to Bridge, AV-8 is compatible with painted and unpainted
exteriors, including popular epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
"AV-8 conforms to ASTM F 502 (the standard for cleaning and
chemical maintenance materials on painted aircraft surfaces) for
popular primers and topcoats such as: Type I, Class C High-Solids
Epoxy Primers (MIL-PRF-23377), Epoxy Topcoats (MIL-PRF-22750) and
Type I High Solid Polyurethane Coatings (MIL-PRF-85285). The test
measures ability to avoid undesirable effects including streaking,
discoloration, blistering and softening."
"Additionally, AV-8's corrosion inhibiting package is designed to
help prevent metal corrosion during the cleaning process, which
often occurs when non-authorized cleaning chemicals are used."
AV-8 conforms to numerous aircraft specifications:
- Boeing D6-17487 Rev. P Spec
- Douglas CSD-1 Spec
- AMS 1526B Spec
Available sizes are 473 mL (#C88816), 18.9L (#C88820), 946 mL
(#C88832) and 208 L (#C88845). More information can be obtained by
